PAINTING
My medium is water based, both acrylic and watercolors.

My work is primarily impressionistic; my subject matter readily discernible.    My work attempts to portray my interpretation of my subject.

Much of my work is landscape - the natural world.  I admire, respect, enjoy and delight in the world, this Earth, where we live.

Below:
One of many bayscapes from the Chesapeake, some taken directly from sketches of the Bay world, where water can easily touch forest.
The marvelous curve of the stone arch Buffalo Bridge across Rock Creek Park in Washington, DC.
One of a group of watercolors of the brilliant waters of the Caribbean with its green islands and sparkling beaches.
